Service Description
Using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, rattles, bells, drums, toning and chimes, Cassandra facilitates a sound bath meditation to bring your body back into harmony. Humans are made of mostly water and the vibration from sound has the ability to change our DNA, bringing us back into balance and harmony. If you struggle with mediation, sound healing can be a great tool as it helps focus your attention and makes it easier to quiet the mind.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can accommodate other clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time slot to someone else if you can no longer make it. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service fee. You may also send someone in your place if you are unable to cancel within 48 hours.
