PT, DPT, PCES

Dr. Elise Robinson

Available by appointment:

Dr. Elise Robinson PT, DPT, PCES earned her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern

University. With over 10 years of orthopedic experience, Elise brings a whole- body perspective to care and is passionate about helping patients understand their bodies, feel confident in their treatment, and achieve meaningful, lasting
results.

After having children of her own, Elise chose to specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy after recognizing how profoundly pregnancy, childbirth, and the many stages of life can impact pelvic health. She saw a need for more individualized care and education surrounding the many conditions and challenges that can affect the pelvic floor. Elise has completed the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Provider Series, with specialized training in the treatment of pelvic pain, urinary urgency and incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pregnancy- related discomfort, postpartum recovery, prolapse, and other pelvic health concerns. As a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), she also supports women throughout pregnancy and postpartum, with an emphasis on pain management, preparation for labor and delivery, and a safe, effective return to activity

Her clinical approach combines pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation, allowing her to look beyond an individual symptom and consider how the entire body may be contributing to a patient’s concerns. Her additional training includes dry needling, TMD, vertigo, concussion management, and visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute. This specialized hands-on training further supports her ability to assess and address restrictions within the abdomen, fascia, and surrounding connective tissues as part of a
comprehensive approach to pelvic health.

Elise is committed to creating a comfortable, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, educated, and actively involved in their care. Treatment is individualized to each patient’s symptoms, lifestyle, and personal goals, with an emphasis on helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of the clinic, Elise enjoys spending time with her family, baking sourdough, skiing, practicing yoga, and spending time at the beach.
