Sound Bath Meditation

Take some time and get cozy by the fireplace at Still Within Collaborative Wellness Center in Norwell, MA.

We will come together as a group, share and release what no longer serves us and become more grounded as you take in a beautiful sound bath meditation. You will slip into the beautiful sounds of tibetan & crystal bowls, chimes, gong, drums, voice and more during the blissful sound bath. The vibrations will allow you to shut your thoughts off and return to your body and a place of groundedness, which we all need more than ever right now. We will end the evening in circle and allow time to share and integrate.

Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable: 2 PIllows, blanket, water, yoga mat, journal.
