Bi- Weekly Reiki & Meditation Circle

Joyce Delgardo is a Reiki Master Teacher & Certified Meditation Instructor dedicated to helping clients reduce stress, restore balance, and support their overall well-being through compassionate, holistic care. 

This circle will include a new, rotating topic each time we meet. Come together twice a month for an intentional pause that will include meditation, sharing, and Reiki. Joyce will introduce practical self-care techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life that are designed to help ease feelings of overwhelm, restore a sense of calm, and encourage intentional moments of rest and renewal. Come as you are and reset your mind, body, & spirit.

Bi-weekly meet-up: Alternating on Tuesday evenings & Saturday morning.
